GenTwo surpasses the three billion US Dollar mark for Assets under Service

GenTwo, founded in 2018, has built a financial engineering network based around its innovative GenTwo PRO platform and its AssetRush event series. Since launch, the company has grown steadily, having reached USD 300 million in AuS at the end of December 2019, USD one billion by March 2021, and USD two billion AuS in April 2022, before reaching the USD three billion milestone being announced today.

Along with its AuS, GenTwo has been steadily growing its client base. The company now services over 250 clients in 26 countries via its staff of over 70 professionals in three locations in Switzerland and Kosovo. Collectively, these clients have launched more than 1,200 products via GenTwo’s innovative securitization platform.

Said GenTwo Co-Founder and CEO Philippe A. Naegeli: “Our mission at GenTwo is to give our clients the tools to expand their investment universe in any way they want. Today’s announcement is a clear indication of the viability of this idea, the growing demand for our platform and the momentum our business has achieved.”

With its platform, asset managers, family offices, banks and others can easily turn any asset, investment idea or strategy into a bankable security with a Swiss ISIN. At AssetRush, which has established itself as a must-attend event on the Swiss financial services industry calendar, GenTwo’s clients have a platform on which to showcase their products and innovations to an international audience.

Said Patrick Loepfe, Founder and Chairman: "By breaking down and digitizing the securitization value chain, we have been able to greatly streamline and accelerate the process. This significantly reduces the barriers to financial innovation, allowing our clients to bring their ideas and innovations to life in ways not possible before.”

The main focus of 2023 remains on the continuous improvement and build-out of the platform and its further digitization and client-centric automation. Additionally, the company pursues its growth strategy by further internationalizing its customer base, onboarding more financial institutions onto its platform, and growing its ecosystem for investors and innovators.
